Information we collect

Only what we need to run the product:

Account info: name, email, password hash.
Webhook endpoints, captured requests, saved WebSocket connections, and message templates.
Basic usage data so we can fix bugs.
Payment metadata if you upgrade.

How we use your information

To:

Run the service.
Answer your questions.
Fix bugs and ship features.
Detect abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Service providers only.

How long we keep it

Captured webhook requests follow your endpoint's retention setting (default 7 days, max 90). Account data while your account is active. Delete anytime from Settings.

Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime.
